Portraying the secret life of various everyday objects, their feelings, and their concerns, this illustrated work makes for a fun and fascinating read. The whimsical illustrations detail things that nobody knows: that library cows graze on the words inside books, that library books read each other when no one is looking, and that a cat falls in love with a refrigerator not because of how it looks, but because of the milk inside.
