This educational study is carried out to investigate the effectiveness of chemotherapy by monitoring the Quality of Life index of patients. To attain the objectives a batch of 114 patients are investigated at Irnum Hospital Peshawar and their Quality of Life is examined before and after the treatment. Amongst those, five patients refused to respond to the survey while nine died during the treatment and finishing up with a total number of hundred respondents of the study. The bunch of patients is dominated by the female endowers, pointing towards that girls are vulnerable to breast and reproductive system cancer whereas males are mostly suffered with mouth and stomach cancer caused by addiction of tobacco and alcohol. Some other common risk factors of cancer are the infection of injuries, exposure to X-rays in laboratories, extensive physical exercise and genitival problems. Most of the patients are from rural area of the province and are unaware of the disease, as most of the patients are uneducated. A very small proportion of the patients belonged to upper class with monthly income more than 50,000 PKR per month.
