Dr. Wei Ouyang is an assistant professor in the School of Public Administration and Policy, Renmin University of China. He holds a D.D.S. and a Ph.D. in Health Policy and Administration from University Of Minnesota at Twin Cities. His research interests include pay-for-performance, healthcare system reform, and so on.
