Despite major improvements during the past decade, China continues to be a "safe haven" for counterfeiting. Indeed, despite the major improvements that have been made with regards to the legal framework, the major issue for China remains in the enforcement of its legal provisions. In that context, this book aims to examine the major challenges that China is facing in its fight against trademark counterfeiting. This paper offers a judicial, economic and cultural analysis of the enforcement of anti-counterfeiting actions, which enables the reader to better understand the complexity of this issue.
