Linda S. Mitchell is a senior tax consultant and finds pleasure working with people, both adults and children. She has taught Sunday school and is very involved with the Boy Scouts of America. She is also very involved with the Norco Fair Community Competition, where she comes up with something special for the Blue Ribbon Group each year, for ages three to six.
