John E. Tyo, Esq., is a seasoned country lawyer, having served upstate New York for 55 years before retiring in 2024. His extensive legal experience spans criminal and civil trials, real estate, family court, and over 300 appeals. Tyo held chair positions in local NYS bar associations and legal aid organizations, and was active in political party activities. Beyond law, he's an amateur songwriter with two albums to his credit and a third in the pipeline. His book, Country Lawyer, Last Of A Dying Breed, reflects his rich legal career and passion for serving rural communities.
