After immigrating from Australia in 2014, Natalie Wollenberg and her family moved to Prince Edward County. Natalie and her husband, Drew, opened up The County Canteen and 555 Brewing Co., before purchasing and renovating Jackson’s Falls Country Inn. She is the co-author of County Heirlooms: Recipes and Reflections from Prince Edward County and County Social: Vignettes from Prince Edward County's Craft Drinkmakers. Leigh Nash is the publisher of Assembly Press. She has also served as publisher at House of Anansi Press and Invisible Publishing, has an MFA in Creative Writing, and has published one poetry collection, Goodbye, Ukulele.
