With more than 30 years of experience building trust and using communication and influence skills as a leader, Phyllis H. Sarkaria is a Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC) and management consultant. She has worked with companies ranging from start-up and growth phases of the corporate life cycle to those with established, 100+ year old histories. Phyllis brings curiosity to her client engagements. She balances a willingness to push executives to be the best leaders they can be while demonstrating care and respect for their professional fulfillment and success. She supports both leadership teams and individual leaders facing a range of business challenges so that they can identify issues, align people and processes, and move forward with improved results. Phyllis is a proud Red Raider with a BBA, Finance and an MBA from Texas Tech University and an MA, Ethical Leadership from Claremont Lincoln University.
