Autorenporträt
Ragna Aarli, Ph.D. (2009), University of Bergen, is professor at the Law Faculty at that University. She has published monographs and articles on the role of courts in evolving societies and is a member of the Norwegian Court Commission (2017-2020). Anne Sanders, Prof. Dr. (2007), Bielefeld University, holds the chair for Civil law, company law, law of family businesses and comparative judicial studies and is a judge at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm and a regular expert for the Council of Europe.
