The research purely implies methods for phenomenological approach in the qualitative arena. It shares the experiences of the struggles of the workforce in the Philippines as they combat the new normal brought by the COVID-19 Pandemic. The challenges for their performance, productivity, mental health, and other psychological factors were studied as they adapt the newly implemented organizational protocol due to the new normal. As they work along in the organization, various experiences during the COVID-19 Pandemic was compiled to create an extensive study of the their lived experiences.
