With a long list of deceased medical colleagues that reaches the number of 104, product of a pandemic that has devastated the whole world and that took us all by surprise, the Doctor, LUIS SERRANO FIGUEROA, begins an interesting work, by means of which, and in each one of the chapters it tries to demonstrate with luxury of details the characteristics that was taking this disease, as well as the recommendations that were required to try to face this unknown evil, as they were knowing some characteristics of the same ones.The index reveals 43 items of comments, description of the disease, measures taken by the authorities, which in most cases showed a profound mistake, lack of coordination between the authorities who tried to handle the problem, many of them without knowledge and in others even putting political interests first. Inconsultant decisions and lack of coordination between the Central Agency in charge of the management of the pandemic and the municipal authorities that set the yellow or green light according to their interests and not the common good, and finally lack of coordination and decision between the arrival and departure of patients.
