Not a cook or a writer or a photographer by trade, Bob discovered he liked to cook while managing residential facilities for individuals dealing with mental illness. He graduated to cooking more regularly when his mother-in-law needed help regaining her appetite. A lifetime dancing enthusiast, he had a lot more time on his hands during the COVID-19 pandemic, and chose to spend it learning to cook healthy food... and by the way, he also comes from an entire family of inveterate punsters.
