Covid recovery is very different from recovering from a cold or flu. It may be unlike anything you have experienced before which means that you need to learn new ways of caring for yourself. This journal is your guide. You will try out new ways to support your body's healing abilities. You will record what helps you and what doesn't, building up a set of practices that work for you and your body. I wrote this journal based on my experiences with covid and supporting my husband through covid and chronic fatigue. You will track how you feel each day to learn what makes you feel better and what makes you feel worse. This journal will teach you tools to use alongside your doctor's advice and manage the mental aspects of recovering from coronavirus.
