After spending 10 years as an engineer, author David Arbo has since been a teacher for the past 23 years. His lifelong love of learning has always included history and has led to his interest in documenting the events and people of local prominence. He has worked in downtown Covington for two decades and has lived in South Louisiana for a quarter century. For him, collecting images and stories of the past will always be a labor of love.
