Recently, more stress is laid down on the development of an organoleptically elegant and patient-friendly drug delivery system. Delivery of this traditionally acclaimed medicine in suitable dosage form is really interesting as many people still feel/find unpleasant to use urine as medicine. Delivery of the therapeutically active ingredient in suitable/patient friendly dosage form to make it more acceptable in patients/consumers is really a challenging task. In this research work, suitability of gel based system is checked to deliver cow urine distillate by topical route.
