Il dottor Amol Patil ha completato il suo MDS (Ortodonzia) nel 2005 e il dottorato (Ortodonzia) nel 2011. È un professore e guida di dottorato e un ricercatore attivo nel complesso cranio-facciale. È un oratore internazionale con molteplici pubblicazioni al suo attivo. Le sue ricerche sul condilo mandibolare hanno suscitato l'interesse di vari ricercatori internazionali.
