Jill L. Ferguson is the former chief of staff of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, Senior Commission; the former department chair of General Education, assessment coordinator, and a professor at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music; and a senior lecturer in the School of Business and Management at Notre Dame de Namur University. Jill has been a freelancer writer since she was first published at age 12. She is an award-winning writer, an artist, a business and higher education consultant, and a serial entrepreneur. She is the author of eight books and has written for the Washington Post, Huffington Post, Sierra Club Magazine , and more than 200 other magazines, newspapers, and websites.
