Individual, couple, and family health and happiness give you energy, time, and well-being to build unity with friends and family, participate in excellent work, and engage in community service. You are kind to yourself and others. You show up. You make a positive contribution. When you are united in creating well-being, you are healthier as individuals and in your relationship. This book features 28 short focus topics for young couples and young parents with full lives; aspects of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being; content based on science and the Baha'i Faith; and tools for couples to collaborate, accompany, and encourage each other and their children. Throughout are stories from couples and families building well-being. Topics include: exercise, nutrition, relaxation, sleep, illness, time, friendship, dates, cleanliness, sex, parenting, family, work, money, communication, listening, appreciation, feelings, decisions, humor, nature, creativity, resilience, resourcefulness, spirituality, service, unity, and character. Consider this: "Eating right and moving more-especially if we want to do these things on a regular basis and over a long span of time-are easier when we are inspired, cajoled, praised, and supported by the people who matter the most to us in our daily lives." (T. N. Bradbury, PhD, and B. R. Karney, PhD, Love Me Slender, p. 8)
