This study used the fuzzy DEMATEL method to handle MCDM problem for critical factor segment in library domain. Through using this technique the complex factors are divided in cause and effect group and provide a visible casual diagram and helping in decision making for choosing the digital library software. If Librarian/Management want to apply the software, they may take help from DEMATEL to choose the softwares.
