In today's competitive world of business, creativity is an important aspect of success; therefore, organizations try to conquer a creative climate. Thus, this book examines the role of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), Perceived Organizational Support (POS), and Justice on creative climate. Based on the preceding studies, it is proposed that creative climate is created through the quality of relationship, level of support and sense of justice that prevails in an organization. So, it has been predicted that each LMX, POS, and Justice has a positive relationship with creative climate. This text directs the reader towards a rich and interesting understanding of antecedents of creative climate which may have not necessarily followed the path of previous studies.
