As a result of this research, the author presents a proposal for a model of creativity and innovation management in companies of Industrial Design of office furniture in Venezuela. Developed from the skills of Industrial Design and the experiences of: Depanel de Venezuela, C.A., with a Quantitative Approach and Research Design: Non Experimental and transversal. Framed in the modalities of exploratory, explanatory and "ex post facto retrospective" studies. Operative variables according to: Country Market, the company and "Design Management". Through the application of "exploratory survey" as a support based on descriptive statistical analysis. Knowing how the particular creative processes that are activated in the organization, from the identification of the various problems that affect them and recognizing the different attitudes that fall among its members, encouraging a creative production is leading to develop an innovative result. By conceiving a Business Ontology it is understood what is the reason for its existence.
