This Book focuses on the Credit and Risk Analysis carried out by the Banks during appraisal of a loan proposals for Large Corporates i.e., with a turnover of above 500 crores. The Book deals from the perspective of a Bank and the Regulatory Norms as stipulated by the Regulator of Banking System in India i.e., Reserve Bank of India.
