Julie Frederick Vaucresson, the granddaughter of pioneering surgeon and businessman Dr. Rivers Frederick, is the owner and operator of Creole Made Easy, LLC (CME), a complementary entity of Vaucresson's Sausage Company. She operates Vaucresson's Sausage Company and Vaucresson's Creole Café & Deli in the Seventh Ward with her husband, Vance. Julie is a TV and social media personality, featured on NBC's Today show and regular appearances with Fox 8 News. She holds an undergraduate degree from Xavier University and a graduate degree from Notre Dame. A member of Alpha Kappa Sorority, Inc., she participates in many leadership roles with nonprofits, clubs, and associations. Her admiration for social media is contagious, and you can often find her in videos alongside her three kids and husband, who can also be seen working the Vaucresson's Sausage Company booth at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.
