Camille Gibson is Interim Dean of Juvenile Justice & Psychology and Executive Director of the Texas Juvenile Crime Prevention Center at Prairie View A&M University in Texas. Lorna Elaine Grant is associate professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at North Carolina Central University.
