The purpose of this research work was to systematically characterize violent sexual crimes committed by minors against minors. Proceeding from this purpose the following problems were solved: the criminal-legal characteristic of the given kind of a crime is given, including its objective and subjective signs are investigated; the criminological and psychological characteristic of the personality of the minors committing violent sexual crimes in relation to peers or younger; the criminological and psychological characteristics of the personality of the minor victims of sexual encroachment are considered; the factors contributing to the consensual sexual abuse are revealed.
