De origem maliana e advogado inscrito na Ordem dos Advogados do Mali, Me N'diaye é um jovem apaixonado pelo Direito. Filho de um magistrado, iniciou os seus estudos superiores na Universidade Católica da África Ocidental, onde obteve um mestrado em Direito Privado Geral. O seu gosto pelo mundo jurídico levou-o a iniciar o terceiro ciclo.
