Relevance of the criminological examination to gain psychological knowledge of the convict and its impact on criminal law

This research was carried out with the aim of verifying the importance of the criminological examination in the prison sphere. This parameter is used to get to know the prison population in order to understand it psychologically and its impact on Brazilian law. In order to gain a better understanding of the subject, six histories of convicts recognised in Brazil for committing heinous crimes were selected, and they were broken down into relevant and non-relevant cases.

Autor

Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften an der Bundesuniversität von Rondônia. Während ihres Studiums nahm sie an verschiedenen Forschungsgruppen auf dem Gebiet der Kriminologie und des Strafrechts teil und verfasste mehrere Artikel auf diesem Gebiet (http://lattes.cnpq.br/7411445638348703). Derzeit ist sie Rechtsanwältin mit Schwerpunkt Steuerrecht.
