Several attempts have been made by a number of development actors, such as CRISEM, to contribute to the reduction of household poverty and other disadvantaged groups, but without providing lasting solutions to the problems. Certainly, the effectiveness of their interventions remains limited despite multiple combined efforts. This situation led us, through our object of study, to reflect on the critical analysis of CRISEM's interventions for the promotion of 600 poor households.
