RUTH ALAS is a professor and Head of the Management Department at the Estonian Business School, Estonia. She teaches change management and her research focuses on change and innovation management, crisis management, employee attitudes, learning abilities, organizational culture, leadership, business ethics and corporate social responsibility. She has written 26 management books and more than 100 articles. JUNHONG GAO a researcher at the Estonian Business School, Estonia. Her research focuses on crisis management and business ethics.
