A study was conducted to investigate the relationship between strategic HR management and the impact of the coronavirus crisis on employees. Using quantitative data collection via an online questionnaire, 250 employees with and without HR responsibility were asked about their impressions of the effects of the coronavirus pandemic and HR management in their company.
