In the last years, numerous oil & gas projects in the more parts of the world on the continental shelf fields where water depth is up to 150m and on the prospect structures are developing intensively by means of Jack-Up drilling rigs. In this case the accurate compliance of all stages preparation of Jack-Up rig procedures for it's mobilization to project site is very important issue. These procedures consist of two main phases: the geotechnical site investigation of the project area and of the seabed and sub-seabed conditions; the design of site-specific assessment structures that are critical for the assessment of jack-up suitability during positioning at the project point, hull elevating operations and leg extraction. In addition, in the given study readiness of rig for conducting drilling operation both with Jack-up rig over separate target points and conducting drilling operation with Jack-up rig adjacent to existing pile-supported platforms is taken into consideration.
