By surveying the industries, the questionnaire is validated by using the index of Croanbach alpha and by using the method of correlation and regression analysis, a factorial analysis is prepared for the purpose of obtaining a better interpretation of the factors. The need is to merge these foreign techniques in Indian industrial culture.

Il Dr. Chandan Deep Singh lavora come professore assistente presso il dipartimento di ingegneria meccanica dell'Università di Punjabi, Patiala. Ha completato il dottorato di ricerca in ingegneria meccanica nel 2016. Ha all'attivo circa 60 pubblicazioni su varie riviste internazionali e ha guidato circa 30 studenti per la tesi di M.Tech.
