The author was graduated in the year 1992 and completed her masters in 2001.She is pursuing Ph.D and working as a Principal in Josco College of Nursing, Bangalore, Karnataka,India.She has rich experience in all fields of nursing.During her tenure, she has served in various capacities from staff nurse to Professor in Nursing as of now.
