Health service is a very complex and expensive public service and it is a highly sensitive service that highly determines the human capital besides knowledge. In this book, we discussed critical factors for Telemedicine adoption under cloud environment. The findings in this work show that the most critical factors for Tm adoption are Governance, SCM, and Cloud Technology. At the dimension level, Tm Technology requirement to meet service product characteristics and social influence on customer requirements have prominent direct influence on Tm service product de-sign. The analysis of SCM shows that level of commitment of Tm technology providers has utmost influence on Tm adoption. For Tm CRM, patient privacy and data security and Voice and Text messages have most influential role in Tm CRM. For Tm knowledge management, Culture, System Security, and Managerial Knowledge are found to be critical factors. For Tm IT/Business Alignment (of Governance) the social dimension plays a key role in Tm strategic planning. For NSO orchestration (Governance), Scope of the application domain in cloud environment is cru-cial for Tm success. For Tm, under Cloud Environment, Scope, Architecture, and SDO are the most influential elements of NSO. In addition, Standardization to achieve interoperability and portability in cloud computing is key to the success of cloud technology application in Telemedi-cine.
