Ghamdan Alwaraqi (M¿33) was born in Yemen in 1979. He received the B.E. degree in computer science from Dhamar University, Yemen, in 2002 and M.E. degree from The Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences Faculty of the CIS - Sana`a . He joined Yemen Telecom, Sanaa, Yemen, in 1998. And he is currently working as a GIS manager since 2005.
