Dr. Omran Alshamsi was born in Ras Al Khaimah ¿ United Arab Emirates (UAE). He studied in UAE at Khalifa University where he successfully completed his B.Sc. in Communication Engineering in 2001, MBA in Wollongong University ¿ Dubai in 2009 and Doctoral of Business Administration from Abu Dhabi University which was achieved with honors in 2018.
