The Transformational Prayer prepares the ground, your mind, for transformation, while the Reflective Discourse waters the seeds of knowledge from the section. The book is written using a stratified and layered approach. I will revisit specific topics through progressive elaboration to add context to new topics. This book is for laypeople and leaders alike.
