Stephan Rist is Professor Emeritus of Human Geography at the Institute of Geography at the University of Bern, Switzerland. Patrick Bottazzi is Assistant Professor at the Institute of Geography, at the University of Bern, Switzerland. Johanna Jacobi is Professor at ETH Zürich, Switzerland, where she leads the Agroecological Transitions Group.
