As the title indicates, we will thematize the possibility that this type of social organization of nation-state, which is expressed through a democratic republican constitution, can really be considered as a political form that somehow we would have the possibility of questioning it as extemporaneous, since it has been the result of a distant and already consummated history outside our experience.
