Dr. Kuldeep Kumar hails from an agricultural family of south western part of Uttarakhand (Village - Susada, Tehsil - Roorkee, District - Haridwar). He obtained his Doctorate degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. Pantnagar (Uttarakhand). He awarded gold medal at PG level and DST INSPIRE.
