Management practices are developed for individual crops and recommendations are made for individual crops. The residual effects of individual crops are not considered in crop-based recommendation. A system consists of several components that depend on each other.

The author was born in Ambassel; South Wollo in May 1985.He joined Jimma University, Ambo College of Agriculture, in November 2004. In July 2008, he joined School of Plant Sciences, Haramaya University, to pursue his graduate studies in the field of Agronomy.After graduation he served as Lecturer in Mizan ATVET College and Mizan-Tepi University
