This edited textbook sets itself apart from existing cross-cultural management texts by avoiding the mistake of starting off with the assumption that there is a set of "best practices" which can be followed globally. In taking a comprehensive and holistic look at management and culture, allied with testimonies from experienced executives, Cross-Cultural Management provides a real alternative to dominant and outmoded perspectives.
