The aim of this book is to analyze how the Covid-19 pandemic affected travel and tourism industry and how tourism disruption affected the economies of countries. This book will also present the implemented measures so far and possible strategies for recovery of tourism industry, strategies for sustainable development, also the future measures and scenarios by the states and international organizations. The book concludes that the crisis is also chance for multilateral cooperation, as well as opportunity to rethink the tourism sector towards a more sustainable, inclusive and resilient tourism in the near future.
