Ankle sprains are very common problems that can leave residual injuries as ligament tears, chondral defect and OCL. CT arthrography, is a high resolution imaging tool, could be the imaging of choice in many post-traumatic circumstances especially in small joints notably the ankle. In this book, the authors tried to clarify CT arthrographic anatomy of the ankle aided by high resolution CT images in different planes. The technique of CT arthrography is then described in details, including different ways of contrast medium injection. Finally; various pathologic ankle conditions, principally those sprain-related injuries are discussed, they are supplemented with good examples of CT arthrographic imaging.
