Autorenporträt
Emily Szajda is a writer, chef, yoga/meditation instructor, nutritionist, and avid traveler who left 'Corporate America' managing high-volume restaurants for an entrepreneurial life in Europe. After having launched a successful wellness studio in Brussels, Emily worked with the international recognized Belgian Beer and Food Magazine and catered sumptuous events with Bookalokal. When she isn't in the kitchen or entertaining with friends, she can be found strolling through farmers' markets, playing with her two cherished children in the park, or practicing yoga. Emily has appeared on HGTV's House Hunters International and other multinational media platforms including the Bathtime 2 Boardroom podcast and People on the Grid. Emily resides with her husband and two children, Henry and Olivia, in greater Chicago.
