The world of work has undergone changes in recent years, which directly influence the worker's behavior. Thus, much has been sought to understand the effects that these changes, precisely because they are unpredictable, 'impose' on the worker-organization binomial and the development of strategies for the difficulties of generating and maintaining fair and ethical competitive attitudes.
