This work deals with cultural diversity in the process of integration of Central African States, specifically in the CEMAC zone. The aim is to demonstrate the importance of cultural diversity for regional integration in the CEMAC zone. This research is based on two main theoretical concepts: multiculturalism and interculturality. The cohesion of these concepts makes it possible to understand how the populations of the CEMAC zone, which are impregnated with cultural and ethnic plurality, live together and integrate. The methodology adopted is based on functional and systemic representations of the integration process, which makes it possible to understand the different intercultural relations of the peoples of the CEMAC zone and to evaluate the ways out of integration within this sub-region, which is strategic to trade in Africa. This study highlights the contribution of cultural diversity to the consolidation of living together and social cohesion within the CEMAC population.
