The book is a travelogue based on the author's experiences and knowledge gained during his cultural exchange trip for participating in the National Level Bal Rang Festival of Folk Dance-2017 at the Shyamla Hills, Bhopal, the Capital City of Madhya Pradesh, and sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi. In this Festival, there appeared 10,000 School Students from 550 Schools from 25 States and 6 Union Territories of the country. In fact, it is a colourful children's grand festival where the talented children showcasing their folk dance, art and culture of their own in a common platform with a view to strengthen cultural relations across varied geographies coalesce and to embolden the mutual connection between the people dwelling in different States and UTs of the country. The present treatise is being made with a view to inspire the young School children for Promotion of Arts Education in Schools of Manipur through their active participation, and to explore, understood and showcasing their living traditions of art; and to make aware of the importance of Arts Education in their future educational career.
