Autorenporträt
Elvira Khakimova holds Ph.D. in Management and Development of Cultural Heritage from IMT-Institute for Advanced Studies of Lucca, Italy. Previously, she studied Law at University of Toulouse I, France and the Academy of Jurisprudence "Adilet", Kazakhstan. She received MA scholarship CNOUS from OSF and Ph.D. fellowship from Italian government.
