Maroti DJIOPE POPADEM, PhD in History from the University of Yaoundé 1, is a certified environmental scientist and ERAIFT-UNESCO consultant for the PADI project.Guevara Constant TCHEUGO KUENOU also holds a PhD in History from the University of Yaoundé 1, specializing in crises and conflicts in the traditional West Cameroonian context.
